Linkster

Hi Knitters,
My latest free pattern is up for the taking. You are going to have fun with this one. It's the best gift project, it's good for anyone. Click here to get the skinny.

That's my oldest in the photo above. (And because I know someone will ask, it's just a t-shirt, there's no connection:) He's sweet and scruffy.

I have been gathering so many cool things for you. Once again, here we go!
We are making progress on our house and we are surviving just fine, it's really not that bad. I am keeping my eye on the prize. This is the kitchen as of yesterday afternoon. I can't wait for the fun stuff to start coming through the door. To me this kitchen space looks enormous, it really isn't, but to me it's the world, a life-changing space.

Take care, sweet Knitters, and enjoy your weekend. Please let me know how your Ramblings turn out. I'd love to hear about it. I have another incredibly cool looking and unusually constructed scarf coming out for free on the S & C blog in the near future. I'll keep you posted. I'm just a girl who loves a good scarf:)
best, susie

Although I've been knitting for a few years now, I have been afraid to try cabling. I am going to jump in with this new pattern of yours! Thanks for this - it looks just beautiful.

So much cuteness, so little time. The felt food is to die for - especially when I spotted the dim sum set in her etsy store.

While I'm waiting (impatiently) for your next book - any chance you might let slip just the yarn requirements for the adorable little giraffe on the cover? There's a local fiber faire this weekend, and I'd like to lay in the yarn to be ready when my already-pre-ordered book arrives!

I love the cabled scarf. I have been working on my first lace-ish scarf because it seemed like the thing to do... I like cables way better though, so I am glad they are the thing to do this fall! Love your blog!
