Hi, Knitters,
I just filmed another very spur of the moment Catching Up episode. Lots of fun links for you in the video! For email subscribers you can see the video by clicking right here.
I talked about:
My new patterns ~ Mini-Stocking and Candy Cane Ornaments and the 50 Row Shawlette ~ links to come as soon as the patterns are published!
Sunshine Yarns Superwash Merino Fiber in Cornish Pixies colorway
Solidago Socks by Mary Jane Mucklestone
Ella Marie Fiber in Tidal Pool (didn't see a link and the fiber was a gift)
Friends in Fiber Mulled Cider
Corrections: The shawlette has increases not decreases. Peachy is a senior in high school, not college.
I'll be back soon with those fun and seasonal patterns!
best, susie

This is the first time I have had opportunity to hear you! Your humble excitement about your new patterns/projects was delightful to witness. I loved listening to you and I hope you continue these impromptu video casts!
This is the first time I have had an opportunity to hear you speak about your "work". It was delightful listening to your humble excitement as you shared the newest additions to your pattern list. I hope you will continue to publish these impromptu video casts. So very enjoyable!
Yay! Thanks! Everything looks so fun.
I love that you point out that a hat needs to cover the ears. You aren't kidding that it is stinking cold out. We hit -9* in the central U.P. last night and I was really wishing I'd done another few rounds on the hat I was wearing while unloading the car!
I'm such a sucker for the ruffles you do. I love the new shawlette, can't wait! :)
Loved the video podcast! It's like sitting down with you over a cup of coffee (or tea) and talking about knitting. Thanks for sharing!

I also like your impromptu podcasts. You can say more than you can write any time. If you read these can you tell me how do you measure the yards on handspan yarn?

Hi Susan!
I love your podcasts. The yarns look yummy. We just returned from Williamsburg, and my only purchases were handspun yarn from the Williamsburg sheep. Can't wait to make some mittens. You constantly inspire me.
