Back Soon

Hi Knitters,
Just a quick post to let you know I will be gone for a little bit. Still email your questions or post comments to me. I am loving all of the fun questions I am gathering, should make for some good posts. Thanks and keep them coming.

For the questions I am getting that individual need response, I will try to get back to you as soon as possible on my return. I am getting quite a build up so please be patient.

As far as the errata page for Itty-Bitty Hats I am hearing from lots of folks that you have noticed that shopabcsoup.com has closed (where the errata pdf was previously available). I will get that errata page posted and llinked on my blog and I am gathering the errata from Itty-Bitty Nursery to link as well. I will do this as soon as I get time.

The Itty-Bitty Hats errata only applies to the first printing of the book. Subsequent printings should be okay!

Thanks for your responses and your patience.
I'll be back soon.
best, susie

Hi - I'm hoping you can email me when your errata page goes back online. I'm 7 mos pregnant and stumped on the marshmallow bonnet. I love both Itty-Bitty Hats & Itty-Bitty Nursery - can't wait for my leave to start so I can knit all these fabu projects I have queued up!
Anyhow - if the errata cover the marshmallow bonnet, good, otherwise, I have a couple of questions (x-posted on Ravelry):
1)
Bottom edging: “fold 1 inch toward the inside of the hat at the turning row”. I did that, but looking at the picture, it looks like the turning row folds the other way. And there doesn’t seem to be any instruction beyond that for the fold - should this band get secured to the bonnet body somehow?

2)
After the bottom edging (4 rows of reverse stockinette) is bound off (except for the last stitch), I’m instructed to “turn and pick up 2 stitches along the front edge”. Should those be 2 stitches at the front edge of the bottom edging? Or should I fold up the edging and pick up the 2 stitches at the corner of the turning row?
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer -
Best wishes,
Elizabeth

Hi JN E,
I don't know which website you are talking about but the free flower pacifier clip pattern is available through Ravelry. I just checked and it is working just fine.

http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/pacifier-clips-flower

I don't think the others are available anywhere other than in the book, Itty-Bitty Nursery.
Have a good day,
Susan

Susan I want to buy the actual pacifiers and clips that you attach pattern you have knitted! I don't know if there's a site to buy a large quantity of them at once.

JN E ~ shopabcsoup.com closed a long time ago.

I purchased the pacifiers and clips at Target to attach to the knitted parts.
