ReplyDeleteHi Susan, I loved your travel-airport- story. We just got back from Panama and discovered, to my horror, that Panama does not allow knitting needles on their outgoing flights. What a mess. The guy started pulling my Addis out of my stitches.

middlesisster29 the arrival of our 5 grandchild will be later July this year. This will take place in between our 2 daughters wedding's 4 months apart and both out of state. I have been trying to knit many things for the wedding's along with other projects. This son and daughter in-law will have their 3rd boy and lost all clothes blankets and everything to a flood. The slate with the variety of pink and purple will look great together :) The book also looks lovely, I love the little dress, I think they are great for babies as once they outgrow the dress they can then turn into a top. Knitting baby gifts is so enjoyable for me. I love to surprise the parents with a hand knitted item. But parents don't understand how nice it would be to be sent a picture of the baby wearing my hand knit gift. I have never seen a baby wearing anything I have knit for them.
