That's all! Don't forget to leave a comment to enter to win a copy of Knitting Gifts for Baby by Mel Clark. This is one of my favorite baby knitting books, one of the best I have seen recently!

My podcast is Susan B. Anderson on iTunes (click here for the iTunes link), and I am also posting my videos on my YouTube Channel if you prefer to subscribe there. Or you can just follow along on my blog.

I'll be back soon with more.

Good luck on the book giveaway and let the comments begin!
best, susie
p.s. I compressed the video for download but I think I didn't do it quite right. I'll work on that and try to fix it. Sorry for any inconvenience, I am still learning how to do this stuff. You can still download the video but it is taking a long time. I'll try to get that time shorter.

  11. Hi Susan, I loved your travel-airport- story. We just got back from Panama and discovered, to my horror, that Panama does not allow knitting needles on their outgoing flights. What a mess. The guy started pulling my Addis out of my stitches.
Well, an hour later the Delta people came to my rescue and I arrived home safely with my knitting in tact.
I love knitting for baby. Looks like lots of nice ideas.

  173. The colours for your leftie shawl are simply divine! The slate with the variety of pink and purple will look great together :) The book also looks lovely, I love the little dress, I think they are great for babies as once they outgrow the dress they can then turn into a top. It would be great to be in for a chance of winning it.

  178. Loved that airport story about the security person. Sometimes a little bit of power can be dangerous when in the wrong hands. : ). You look so nice and tanned from your vacation! I'm just starting two weeks off in beautiful Hawaii, where I was born. Ahhh.....

Love the baby book and will definitely buy it if I don't win it!

Knitting baby gifts is so enjoyable for me. I love to surprise the parents with a hand knitted item. But parents don't understand how nice it would be to be sent a picture of the baby wearing my hand knit gift. I have never seen a baby wearing anything I have knit for them. Anyway, winning this book would be lovely.
