We always have ice cream. Thanks for the link to the pattern too. Those cones may just make up some fun knitted Christmas gifts.Beckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11160893019728810682noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35689847.post-10659045708070942682008-09-25T21:25:00.000-05:002008-09-25T21:25:00.000-05:00I am so sad that my kids are 10 and 13. The apples would be fun to carve and make those dried apple faces. A witch face would be fun to carve and attach a simple body and dress her. I wonder is it me or is everyone else finding the same thing too? I look forward to "hearing" from you every few days.allison saundershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05271388922201433157noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35689847.post-82632215550336381602008-09-23T13:59:00.000-05:002008-09-23T13:59:00.000-05:00What a fun post! I know I would.

I don't have that book yet but I'm going to get it. Hilarious!! In Buehner's illustrations he likes to hide things. Maybe it says what to look for on the inside. Thanks for the suggestion.
I'm going to make your pearapple cozy instead of the apple cozy I just blogged about. More user friendly :)
And thanks for the link to Marcie's scoops. Every day (and I DO mean every day), my dad goes to visit "his grandchildren," the three calves that are part of the herd. When the season allows, he brings a big bucket of apples just like yours and, when he shakes that bucket, you should see those cows run! What a sight it is! They come right up to him, pushing and shoving, and he feeds them all. I've been lucky enough to join him when I'm visiting and it is sooooooooo cool to feel the whiskery lips of the cows graze your hand. So soft! Anyhow, that's all I have to say about that! Have fun!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35689847.post-36817841995370966022008-09-23T09:18:00.000-05:002008-09-23T09:18:00.000-05:00What a fun ice cream set! What a fun ice cream set!Tracy Batchelderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18137536258043194796noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35689847.post-20155688727360192982008-09-23T09:00:00.000-05:002008-09-23T09:00:00.000-05:00I love the ice cream set by Melissa&Doug!
